Unprofessional, untimely, gives deadline of 2 weeks and shows up once a week to work half a day. Extremely unorganized. Has an excuse for every time he doesn't show up, which is often. (My phone broke, car accident, sick, phone broke again, trailer broke down, ran out of pavers, can't get HIS workers to finish job). Doesn't follow instructions. Isn't respectful to property. Leaves trash everywhere. Has no care or concern for inconveniencing homeowner's family life. Shows no desire to complete unfinished project that is going on a month past deadline. Would never rehire or recommend Next Gen Pavers. Unbelievably horrible service. Biggest mistake of our lives. Trapped in a nightmare. Wish I could go back and choose a different company.

I found Next Gen Pavers after seeing their results and hearing unending praise from a relative. As for my own experience, I'll let the stars speak for themselves. If it wasn't for jose our Design Consultant and the Project Manager frank, I do not think we would have ended up with an end product as amazing as we did.

Had a cracked patio. Called Next Generation Pavers. Had an appointment the next day. Jose showed up 15 minutes early! Showed me lots of photos and explained the installation process and the warranty. Fair price for all that is involved. Frank was our project manager whom made it come to life. The crew were fast and very efficient and cleaned up each day. Was totally done in 2 days. Amazing job. I definitely recommend them!

Next GenerationPavers was a great company to work with. They were timely and finished the job in less than a week. The employees were friendly and very helpful in making sure everything was right according to my wishes. Jose and Mike were exceptional, friendly and very helpful from the start to finishing of the project and Jose was exceptional in communicating with us to make sure everything was going as planned. They were professional, yet easy to work with and very helpful and cooperative in fulfilling everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend using them for your next paver project.

Has an excuse for every time he doesn't show up, which is often. (My phone broke, machine broke, sick, Truck overheating, trailer broke down, ran out of pavers, can't get HIS workers to finish job). Doesn't follow instructions. Isn't respectful to property. Leaves trash everywhere. Has no care or concern for inconveniencing homeowner's family life. Shows no desire to complete unfinished project that is going on a month past deadline. Would never rehire or recommend Next Gen Pavers. Unbelievably horrible service. Biggest mistake of our lives. Trapped in a nightmare. Wish I could go back and choose a different company. add to that broke sprinkler, cut TV cable and did not repair.
