Not sure. Got my license 18 years ago and did really well so I stuck with it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're a smaller company with over 90 years of combined team experience selling homes in the Orlando area to help you. We market to international buyers through a network of international brokers. We sell high end luxury homes and smaller investment homes as well and everything in between. We have been affiliated with larger brand name franchises but they never seemed to help us or our customers so we chose to affiliate with other brokers internationally which gives us an edge. We emphasize a stronger marketing push for our listings than most others, particularly on the internet. We pride ourselves on personalized service which our customers love. Most of our business comes by referrals from past customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one for now.
