Since 1993.
What is your primary product or service?
Web and Graphic Design.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started programming in the '80s using a Timex Sinclair. Many people won't know what this is (google it) but this got me started into programming. I started out with Basic, then moved onto designing Bulletin Boards (pre-internet) which really intrigued me. I graduated college in 1993 with a Degree in Computer Applied Sciences which got me started into HTML programming and later PHP/MySQL integration. This is how it began.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer personalized service at an affordable price. Big box companies can't always offer one-on-one communication, and sometimes the customer experience leaves you wondering.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently only one location. Expanding will naturally happen based on the volume and needs of the business.

We do not currently have a retail office. Our communication and interaction with customers is done exclusively by email, phone, and meeting places.

Cash, Check, PayPal (credit or debit cards)
Which areas do you service?
The Orlando and surrounding area for face-to-face consultations. World wide via phone, email, Skype and Social Networks.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Shawn Centers, owner.
What are your hours of operation?
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. We are available 24x7 for customer service and support.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
