Yvette Iturrino brings over 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate in addition to entrepreneurial business management.
She is a former Mortgage Broker and Mobile Notary Closer, owned and operated her company for 8 years. She along with her husband, Jesus "Joe" Iturrino, successfully turned their mobile closing business to a National Mobile Notary Signing Company. Yvette has been on all aspects of the Finance and Real Estate business from prior collection; skip tracing experience on behalf of banks, mortgage finance, real estate closings, credit solutions and more. She brings an awesome wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit all parties involved.
Yvette has used quickbooks since 2001 and provided accounting solutions throughout the years for many companies. She is currently a Quickbooks ProAdvisor, very tech-savy person. She works on latest version of quickbooks and is familiar with other accounting software such as Buildium, Rent Manager, Wave, and more. The question you must has is what is the right software solution for you? Not what works best or more convenient for your accountant. Yvette is here to provide the best solutions to her clients.
