Providing clients mental health counseling in south Orlando and the surrounding areas. I have been in private practice for over 16 years. Targeting mental health and life coaching for teens, children, couples, families and individuals. I provide online and in office sessions. I take a collaborative hands on approach to helping clients. I am not interested in coping skills. My goal is to help you remove the conditioning you falsely belief as truth that is bring about the fear, anxiety, depression, etc. I am passionate and love working in my field.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a school teacher out of college for a school that focused on helping children that were dyslexic and had ADHD. This school was unique in the fact that they did not use medication but rather focused on behavioral techniques to assist their students. I fell in love with not the teaching but helping the kids to thrive and believe in themselves. I then decided to go on and get my masters degree at Barry University in Mental Health, Marriage and Family Counseling
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do not conduct 50 min sessions. I believe that therapy is a natural process. I allow 90 min to 2 hours for each session at the same flat fee rate. Unlike most therapist, I do not believe in giving clients coping skills. I want to help eliminate the fear, anxiety, depression so that you can live a full and productive, happy life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location. I do not plan on expanding at this time.
